Surviving spouse/family assistance
The passing of a loved one is an emotional period. Grief and sadness affect concentration, making this a hard time to address necessary decisions. The last thing surviving family members want to think about is paperwork.
We offer help for spouses, families and long-distance survivors. We provide support to friends looking after friends.
We work with your attorney, accountant and other professional advisors to advance the settlement process, making those responsibilities a little less intimidating.
